Monti was conceived around a slower way of living, where the outdoors, natural light, and the feeling of being close to the sea become part of the space.
The palette is light and natural. Sandy tones, warm woods, and soft textures create a serene atmosphere, while the materials and forms maintain a clean, contemporary aesthetic. Everything feels effortless, yet full of character.
Sabanilla
Natural light moves through the spaces and transforms them throughout the day. Views toward the outdoors remain present, creating a constant connection between the interiors and the surrounding landscape.
The social areas are open and relaxed, designed for effortless gatherings and everyday moments. Monti is a beach home that moves away from the expected: rather than representing the sea, it captures the calm, freshness, and rhythm of living beside it.
